- Game activity: the leagues you create or join, your picks, results, lives, league roles and the times at which game actions happen.
- Rules Chat: the questions and recent conversation you send to Killie. We also use a protected form of your network address to prevent abuse and limit how often the chat can be used.
- Device and service information: details needed to run and secure the site, such as your browser, device, network and site logs.
How we collect it
We collect information when you create or update an account, join or create a league, make a pick, change your email preferences, use Rules Chat or otherwise use the site. Our service providers may also collect technical information needed to provide their services.
How we use it
- To create and manage your account.
- To run leagues, record picks, calculate results and show your game history.
- To send the game emails you choose to receive.
- To answer questions in Rules Chat.
- To protect Killer from fraud, abuse and security threats.
- To maintain, troubleshoot and improve the service.
- To comply with the law and enforce our terms.
Who we share information with
We use trusted service providers for hosting, sign-in, data storage, email, Rules Chat and abuse prevention. They may process personal data only to provide those services to us and under their agreements with us.
We may also share information when required by law, to protect legal rights or safety, or as part of a sale, merger or reorganisation of the company. We do not sell your personal data.
How long we keep information
We keep personal data for as long as it is needed to provide Killer, meet legal and accounting requirements, resolve disputes and keep game results trustworthy. Different types of information may be kept for different periods. We delete or anonymise information when we no longer need it.
