Terms and conditions

Effective and last updated: 17 August 2026

These terms explain the agreement between you and Killer Dot Football Limited when you visit killer.football, create an account or play Killer. Please read them before using the site.

Who we are

Killer is operated by Killer Dot Football Limited (company number 09948604), a company registered in England and Wales. Our registered office is 14–16 Glycena Road, London, SW11 5TR. In these terms, “Killer”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Killer Dot Football Limited.

Accepting these terms

These terms apply whenever you visit or use Killer, whether or not you have an account. Our privacy policy, cookie policy and game rules also apply. If you do not agree, do not use the site or create an account.

We may update these terms when Killer, the law or our responsibilities change. We will post the new terms here and tell account holders about significant changes in advance when required. Continuing to use Killer after a change takes effect means the new terms apply to your later use. Changes do not reduce any rights the law gives you.

Who can use Killer

To create and use an account, you must:

  • be at least 18 years old;
  • be legally able to enter into this agreement;
  • be allowed to use Killer where you live; and
  • follow these terms and the game rules.

We may ask for reasonable evidence of your age or identity. We may stop you using some or all of Killer while we carry out those checks.

Your account

  • Provide accurate, complete information and keep it up to date.
  • Use only one account unless we agree otherwise.
  • Keep access to your email and sign-in codes secure.
  • Do not let anyone else use your account.
  • Tell us promptly if you believe somebody else has accessed your account.

You are responsible for activity carried out through your account when you have failed to keep it secure. We may reject or remove names and league names that are unlawful, offensive or designed to mislead other players.

You can ask us to close your account by emailing us. We may suspend or close an account when we reasonably believe these terms have been broken, when this is needed to protect Killer or other people, or when the law requires it. We may also close an account that has not been used for 12 months. Where appropriate, we will explain our decision and give you a reasonable chance to contact us.

Playing Killer

The game rules explain how leagues, picks, lives, results and winners work. You are responsible for making your choices before the deadlines shown. Results depend on the football data available to Killer and are settled as described in the game rules.

You must not:

  • cheat, work with others to cheat or manipulate a league or result;
  • use Killer for fraud, crime or any unlawful purpose;
  • access another person’s account or private information;
  • interfere with the site, its security or its normal operation; or
  • use automated tools to overload, scrape or misuse the service.

We may investigate suspected misuse, correct or cancel affected game activity where the rules allow, suspend or close accounts, and report unlawful activity to the appropriate authorities.

Your personal data

Our privacy policy explains what personal data we collect, why we use it, how long we keep it and who we share it with. Keep your account details current so that we can contact you when needed.

Our content and intellectual property

Killer’s design, software, text, graphics, branding and other content are owned by us or used with permission. You may use the site and make a reasonable personal copy of its content for your own non-commercial use.

You must not copy, sell, license, distribute, alter or remove our content, software, branding or rights notices without our written permission, except where the law allows it.

Availability and responsibility

We use reasonable care and skill to provide Killer, but we cannot promise that the site will always be available, uninterrupted or free from errors. Your device, connection and services outside our control may also affect how it works. We may pause access for maintenance, security or to keep it running properly.

We are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control, or for business losses when you use Killer as a consumer.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits responsibility where doing so would be unlawful. This includes responsibility for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

If part of these terms cannot be enforced

If a court or other authority decides that part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest will continue to apply. If we delay enforcing a term, we can still enforce it later.

Transferring this agreement

You may not transfer your account or your rights under these terms to another person. We may transfer our rights and responsibilities to another organisation, for example as part of a sale or reorganisation, but this will not reduce your rights under these terms.

Law and disputes

Please contact us first if you have a complaint or dispute so that we can try to resolve it. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you keep any mandatory protections provided by the law where you live and may be able to bring a claim in your local courts.
